The service
Charity Automate provides WordPress workflow tools that connect to services such as Beacon CRM, SendGrid and OpenRouter. Features may change. You must test workflows before activating them.
Accounts and subscriptions
Provide accurate account details, protect your login and ensure users are authorised. Trial periods, prices and billing frequency are shown at sign-up or checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Stripe processes payments under its own terms.
Your data and integrations
You retain ownership of data you provide and confirm that you have permission to process it. Connected services have their own terms, limits and outages. We are not responsible for third-party failures outside our control.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, to send abusive or unsolicited communications, to infringe rights, bypass security or rate limits, or to create workflows that could cause material harm without appropriate review.
Availability, liability and termination
We aim for reliable availability but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Either party may end the service under the cancellation terms. We may suspend access for serious breach, security risk or non-payment.

Your responsibility for workflows
You are solely responsible for the tasks, filters, rules, prompts, templates, recipients, schedules, webhooks and other workflows you create or activate. You must check permissions, data quality, recipients and outcomes before enabling automation, and maintain appropriate human oversight. Charity Automate does not approve, supervise or guarantee the legality, accuracy, suitability or consequences of any workflow created by a user.
Software supplied as-is
The software and service are supplied on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory, including fitness for purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted availability and non-infringement. We do not promise that automation will be error-free, complete or suitable for your organisation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charity Automate and its owners, officers, contributors and suppliers will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or claim arising from or related to the software, the service, a workflow, an integration, an email, document, CRM change, AI response, webhook, missed or duplicated action, data loss, security incident, service interruption or third-party service. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential and economic losses, loss of data, revenue, reputation, opportunity or anticipated savings, even if we were told that the loss was possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Modified software
GPL rights to modify and redistribute covered code remain unaffected. However, modified, forked, unofficial or third-party versions are used entirely at the user’s risk. We do not provide support, updates, security assurances or liability coverage for changes outside the official Charity Automate release.
